Abstract:
To provide an apparatus which does not deteriorate operational precision and can be operated at a high speed in a method for manufacturing a carcass reinforcement on a hard core mold the outer surface of which corresponds approximately to a mold of the inside cavity of a finished tire.
By moving at least two oscillating arms for guiding an orifice 6 beyond the core mold 1, cords 4 constituting the carcass reinforcement are arranged on the core mold 1 in the shape of an arch to be adjacent to each other.
