An unstable multi-vibrator where capacity C2 for oscillation is connected between the emitters of first and second transistors Q9 and Q15 is provided. The emitter-side of the transistors Q9 and Q15 is formed by the stabilized voltage Erg having the same temperature characteristic as a band gap reference, and it is connected to the current source of a first current value I2 following the temperature characteristic of resistance R7 for current conversion. Transistors Q11 and Q13 to which the transistors Q9 and Q15 and a base and a collector are connected in common are provided. The emitters of the transistors Q11 and Q13 are connected in common and the common emitter is formed by stabilized voltage Erg. The emitter as connected to the current source of a second current value I1 having the positive temperature characteristic.
