To realize an oscillation circuit for outputting an oscillation signal with stable frequencies under any temperature by following-up temperature change.

A signal corresponding to the voltage level of the output signal of a comparator 10 is fed back through a resistance element 40 to one input terminal of the comparator 10. A voltage VH or VL voltage-divided and generated by plural resistance elements 21, 23, and 25 is applied to the other input terminal of the comparator 10. The resistance element 23 is constituted so that the fluctuation rate of a resistance value to a temperature can be made lower than that of the resistance elements 21 and 25. Thus, even when a temperature is changed, and the timing of a signal to be fed back is changed, the voltage VH and the voltage VL are changed based on the difference of the change rates of the resistance values of the resistance elements 21 and 25 and the resistance element 23 so that the change of the voltage level of the output signal of the comparator 10 can be adjusted.
