Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the oscillation circuit in which fluctuation of the oscillated frequency is reduced.
CONSTITUTION: This circuit is provided with a level exchange circuit 30 in which a signal smaller by a 3rd threshold level is outputted with respect to a high level output signal of a Schmitt circuit 10 and a signal larger by a 3rd threshold level is outputted with respect to a low level output signal of the Schmitt circuit 10. The 3rd threshold level is changed in response to a threshold level difference of inverters 16, 18. Thus, even when a value (VH-VL) is changed, the effect on the oscillating period is almost avoided.
