Title:
OSCILLOSCOPE DEVICE AND POWER SYSTEM MONITORING SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2014215277
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a power company side to immediately recognize occurrence of an accident and an accident point in a power receiving/transforming facility on a user side when the accident occurs.SOLUTION: An oscilloscope device 23 installed in an A power receiving/transforming facility under the control of a power company in a power system compares a threshold with each current amplitude value or voltage amplitude value of a-phase, b-phase, c-phase and zero-phase AC signals input by an AC element signal input section 41, and when this current amplitude value or voltage amplitude value exceeds (or falls below) the threshold, a command signal output section 47 outputs a notification command signal, and in response to this, a notification signal output section 48 outputs a notification signal to the outside. The notification signal is input into a monitoring device 35 provided in a control station, etc. and the monitoring device 35 recognizes and identifies occurrence of an accident and an accident point in the electric power system on the basis of the notification signal. Accordingly, the power company can recognize and identify the occurrence of the accident and the accident point in a user's power receiving/transforming facility outside the control of the power company.
