To provide an outdoor water discharging apparatus capable of performing effective water discharge and cooling according to the progress of fire.SOLUTION: An outdoor water discharging apparatus 100 comprises a water supply pipe 102 installed in a standing manner outside a building, a first water discharging unit 130a and a second water discharging unit 130b which are separated in the axial direction of the water supply pipe 102 and arranged at the water supply pipe 102, and discharge water to be supplied through the water supply pipe 102 to the outside, a first driving unit 140a which performs at least one of (i) rotating the first water discharging unit 130a around an axis of the water supply pipe 102, (ii) vertically moving the first water discharging unit 130a along the axial direction, and (iii) adjusting the amount of water to be discharged from the first water discharging unit 130a, a second driving unit 140b which performs at least one of (i) rotating the second water discharging unit 130b around an axis of the water supply pipe 102, (ii) vertically moving the second water discharging unit 130b along the axial direction, and (iii) adjusting the amount of water to be discharged from the second water discharging unit 130b, and a control unit 120 which controls the first driving unit 140a and the second driving unit 140b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
