PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect plural kinds of plugs having different contact shapes and different arrangement of ground electrodes.
SOLUTION: An insertion part 50 on a bottom face of a recessed part 24 is provided with two insertion ports 51, 51 opened in sections opposing spring pieces 32a, 32b of each blade receive spring 32, respectively, and an insertion port 52 being separate from the insertion ports 51 and having a different shape from the port 51. Each insertion port 51 is formed into such shape that a flat plug blade insertion port 51a in which a flat plug blade is inserted is communicated with a pin type plug blade insertion port 51b in which a pin type plug blade is inserted. A pin type plug blade for earth electrode is inserted into the insertion port 52, which is provided at a position where it opposes to a lower side end part of a grounding member storage chamber 12 formed in a body 10. Since a grounding member which comes into contact and is conducted with a ground electrode of C type plug is provided in the same way as a conventional outlet of C type plug, plural kinds of plugs such as C type plug and A type plug having different contact shapes and different arrangements of ground electrodes can be connected with the outlet.
