Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently lubricate, cool and wash a working tool and a workpiece by providing an oil feed opening for supplying a working fluid from the outside of the device to the inside of the device, and a passage for supplying the working fluid from the oil feed opening directly to a tool roller.
SOLUTION: A working fluid is supplied to the inside of a tool by a working fluid supply port 25 provided on the right side outer peripheral part of a frame stem slide guide 15. The supplied working fluid is supplied to the tool tip through a space surrounded with the inner peripheral surface of the tool head stem 5, the outer peripheral surface of a frame stem slide guide 15 and the outer peripheral surface of the frame stem 9. The working fluid which has reached the tool tip is supplied directly to the taper inner surface of a tool head 2, a tool roller 1 and the inner surface of a roller grove 35 of a frame 3, and jetted from the whole periphery toward the central axis where a workpiece 34 is passed from a clearance between the tool roller 1 and the frame 3.
