To provide an overcharge detection circuit, a battery pack and an integrated circuit that perform high accuracy temperature protection of a secondary battery and appropriate charge control.

The overcharge detection circuit includes: a series circuit of a thermistor and a resistor disposed in the vicinity of the secondary battery and connected in parallel with the secondary battery; a first comparator for comparing a voltage at a junction of the thermistor and the resistor with a first reference voltage corresponding to a first predetermined temperature; and switching means for, in accordance with an output of the first comparator, setting a threshold voltage at a first value when a temperature of the secondary battery is lower than the first predetermined temperature, and setting the threshold voltage at a second value lower than the first value when the temperature of the secondary battery is equal to or higher than the first predetermined temperature.
