This overhead baffle comprises a retaining frame 2 having a fastening part 11 to be fixed to the roof panel of a cab, laterally separate base panels 3 and 3 raised from both lateral ends of the retaining frame 2, and a baffle part rotatably connected to the front ends of the base panels 3 and 3 to cover the upper part of the base panels 3 and 3. The baffle part comprises laterally separate side panels 5 and 5 rotatably connected to the base panels 3 and 3 and opposed to the outsides of the lateral base panels 3 and 3 and separate top panels 6 and 7 laid over the lateral side panels 5 and 5 and attachably and detachably fixed thereto. The baffle part is fixed through expansible and contractible adjusting legs 16 and 17.
