PURPOSE: To provide an owned house evaluating simulation system which can simulate the transitions of burdens of both an individual and an enterprise.
CONSTITUTION: This system is constituted of a 1st amount calculation part 5 which calculates a repayment amount in each fixed period based on the purchaser's financing condition data and the purchaser's fund condition data, a 2nd amount calculation part 6 which calculates a repayment amount in each fixed period based on the donor's financing condition data and the donor's fund condition data, a 1st burden transition calculation part 7 which calculates the burden transition of a lanf purchaser of a fixed period based on both purchaser's and donor's repayment amounts of a fixed period, a 2nd burden transition calculation part 8 which calculates the burden transition of a house donor of a fixed period based on both purchaser's and donor's repayment amounts of a fixed period, and a display part 11 and a printer 12 which numerically display and print out both calculated land purchaser's and house donor's burden transition data on a land/house drawing.
