Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy a heating performance and to reduce wasteful consumption of fuel gas, by setting a region on the surface of a oxy-fuel cutting nozzle, and changing cross section area of a preheating hole for injecting mixed gas of the fuel gas and preheating oxygen in each region.
SOLUTION: In the oxy-fuel cutting nozzle A, a cutting oxygen hole 2 is formed in the center of a nozzle body 1, and preheating holes (slits 21 and 22, and holes 31 and 32) for injecting the mixed gas of the fuel gas and preheating oxygen are formed in the outer periphery of the cutting oxygen hole 2. The cross section area of the preheating holes formed in a region 4 in the predetermined angle range on both sides of a radial extension line 3 passing through the center 2a of the cutting oxygen hole 2 is set larger than that of the preheating holes formed in the other region 5.
