Abstract:
To provide an ozone deterioration evaluation system for a vulcanized rubber material which can accurately grasp changes with time in ozone deterioration while reducing the number of steps.SOLUTION: A test sample S of a vulcanized rubber material is attached to a fixed frame 3 under the conditions for arrangement set in advance in a test tank 2 containing ozone in a predetermined concentration. The surface of the test sample S arranged in the test tank 2 is imaged with time at a definite point by at least one of camera devices 5A and B so that digital image data can be acquired. After that, the changes in the surface state of the test sample S between different times are grasped through analysis of the acquired image data by an operation device 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
