Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PTP sheet manufacturing device, a PTP packaging machine, a PTP sheet manufacturing method and a PTP package manufacturing method in which a resin sheet is formed with no formation line having a fold and is excellent in appearance and which can avoid formation failure and perform stable conveyance.SOLUTION: A PTP sheet manufacturing device includes: heating means 15 which has a first heating plate 15a arranged on one side of a band-like sheet S that is conveyed and a second heating plate 15b arranged on the other side of the sheet in a manner of facing the first heating plate 15a and heats the sheet S being conveyed; and formation means 16 which has a first formation plate 16a arranged on the one side of the sheet and a second formation plate 16b arranged on the other side of the sheet in a manner of facing the first formation plate 16a, is arranged on the downstream side of the heating means 15 and forms a pocket part in a portion of the sheet S. The PTP sheet manufacturing device matches the sandwiching position of the sheet S at the time of heating of the heating means 15 with the sandwiching position of the sheet S at the time of formation of the formation means 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
