PURPOSE: To house a sealing material in a sealing material pack without preliminarily cutting the leading end the pack to emit the same and to easily emit the sealing material in the sealing material pack without discharging the cut refuse of the leading end of the pack to the outside.

CONSTITUTION: A drilling jig main body 1 is constituted by providing an emitting hole 10 of a sealing material W to the center part of a support part la formed into a tray shape and providing a sharp projection 11 to the peripheral edge part of the emitting hole 10. The sharp projection 11 is formed so as to have an almost triangular cross section and a part of the skirt part 11a thereof is made flush with the peripheral edge part of the emitting hole 10 to be set to the non-cutting part of the sealing material pack.
