The packing device includes a top plate 3 arranged over a product W placed on a placement table 2, a support 4 standing from the placement table 2 so as to support the top plate 3, and a cushion 6 which is provided on the support 4 and regulates the product W being apt to move outside between the placement table 2 and the top plate 3, wherein the cushion 6 is moved to be adjusted so as to receive a side face of the product, a part of the form of the product W and press the product.
