Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fracture faces of a packing material from becoming coarse when a pouring port is opened with external force applied. SOLUTION: A conveyance means for conveying a packing material 12 formed at its innermost layer of resin film with a fracture area 52 provided at a position corresponding to an unsealing means, a sealing device for sealing the packing material 12, and a heating means provided at the upstream side of the sealing device in the conveyance direction of the packing material 12, being opposite to the fracture area 52, for heating the packing material 12 from the innermost layer side are provided. As the resin film at the innermost layer of the packing material 12 is hardened and becomes fragile, the resin film is prevented from stretching when a pouring port is opened with external force applied by the unsealing means. Therefore, fracture faces of the packing material 12 can be prevented from becoming coarse.
