Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition for can which is excellent in reduction in a coefficient of dynamic friction, abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, workability and was deposition resistance, and is excellent in lid production property.SOLUTION: There is provided a coating composition for can that contains a hydroxyl group-containing resin (A), and wax (B) containing at least three kinds of wax (b1) having a melting point of 35°C or more to less than 50°C, wax (b2) having a melting point of 50°C or more and less than 100°C, and wax (b3) having an average particle size of 1-15 μm and a melting point of 100°C to 160°C, which have different melting points, where the total content of the wax (B) is 0.3-15 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the total of a solid content of the hydroxyl group-containing resin (A), and in the wax (B), as for a ratio of the wax (b1), the wax (b2) and the wax (b3), the coating composition contains 0.1-5 pts.mass of the wax (b1), 0.1-5 pts.mass of the wax (b2) and 0.1-5 pts.mass of the wax (b3).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
