To provide a panel joint structure capable of suppressing stress concentration on a flange corner side end of an adhesive material when a peeling load is input.SOLUTION: In a panel joint structure, there are provided a first panel member 10 including a first flange part 15 extending from a panel body part 14 via a corner part 16, a second panel member 30 arranged in opposition to the first flange part 15, and a joint part 40 joining the first flange part 15 and the second panel member 30 while contacting each other. On at least one of the first flange part 15 and the second panel member 30, a protruded part 18 provided while neighboring the joint part 40 in its flange longitudinal direction and separating from at least the other of the first flange part 15 and the second panel member 30. On the protruded part 18, an adhesive material 20 is provided for adhering the first flange part 15 and the second panel member 30 so that, when a peeling load is input, a moment input to a corner part side end 20a of the adhesive material 20 is almost equal to a moment input to the joint part 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
