To provide a panel joint structure for suppressing stress concentration on a flange corner side end of an adhesive material when a peeling load is input.SOLUTION: In a panel joint structure, there are provided a first panel member 10 including a panel body part 14, a corner part 17 and a first flange part 15, a second panel member 30 arranged in opposition to the first flange part 15, a joint part 40 joining the first flange part 15 and the second panel member 30 while contacting each other, and an adhesive material 20 continuously provided in a longitudinal direction of the corner part 17 for adhering elements 15, 30. The first panel member 10 includes a load transmission part 50 which is provided between the elements 14, 15 and set in the vicinity of the joint part 40 so that an angle θ2 between itself and the panel body part 14 is larger than an angle θ1 between the panel body part 14 and the first flange part 15 in its transverse direction. An end 50a on the flange terminal end side of the load transmission part 50 in the transverse direction of the flange part is located in a region α between an end 40a on the corner side of the joint part 40 and the terminal end side end 40b in the transverse direction of the first flange part 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
