To provide a paper sheet reverse moving device separating paper sheets stuck to a reversing box, to stack them without deviation when reversing a sheaf of 1,000 sheets by the reversing box.
When reversing the sheaf S of 1,000 sheets by the reversing box 73a, the paper sheet Ps at the lowermost part of the sheaf of 1,000 sheets at the lower part of the reversing box 73a is located at the uppermost part by reversal and stuck to the reversing box 73a with static electricity or the like (Fig. 5 (1)). A moving member 70c is lowered to separate the stuck paper sheet Ps by a presser plate 70a (Fig. 5 (2)). When the presser plate 70a performs operation of pressing the upper part of the paper sheet Ps, force F in a reverse direction to a moving direction works on the paper sheet Ps at the uppermost part. The paper sheet Ps is thereby pressed to the depth side of the reversing box 73a and prevented from deviating forward. The thus aligned sheaf of 1,000 sheets is fed to the following process shown by an arrow mark D in the figure (Fig. 5 (3)).
