To provide a paper having two rolls such as one roll for preventing from being seen through and the other roll for preventing from being unsealed unlawfully.

This paper has a surface, on one side part of which an adhesive is coated, and a surface, on the other side part or the opposite side of the one side part of which a releasant is coated, further a surface, on which a ground tint is printed, is provided at the side on the one side part between the one side part and the other side part, furthermore surfaces, on which the ground tint is printed and on one of which a re-bondable self-adhesive is coated and on the other of which a strong self-adhesive is coated, are provided between the surface, on which the ground tint is coated, and the surface, on which the releasant is coated, under the condition that the surface, on which the ground tint is printed and the re-bondable self-adhesive is coated, lies at the side of the surface, on which the ground tint is printed, while the surface, on which the strong self-adhesive is coated, lies at the side of the surface, on which the releasant is coated, and, in addition, a perforation is provided between the surface, on which the strong self-adhesive is coated, and the surface, on which the ground tint is printed and the re-bondable self-adhesive is coated.
