Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable easy fitting of a thermal transfer film and a takeup paper tube fixed to the fore end of the film, by providing a film for fitting the take-up paper tube in the vicinity of the fixed part of the fore end of the thermal transfer film.
CONSTITUTION: In a paper tube 1 for taking up a thermal transfer film which is fixed to the fore end of the thermal transfer film 4 wound in the shape of a roll on a paper tube 5 for supply and takes up the thermal transfer film 4 after printing by a printer, a film 2 for fitting the take-up paper tube is provided in the vicinity of the fixed part of the fore end of the thermal transfer film 4. When the transfer film is fitted to an apparatus such as a small-sized printer, consequently, it is possible to hold the film 2 for fitting the take-up paper tube, outside the printer, and to execute an operation of fitting the paper tube for take-up even when there is no space for holding the paper tube by hand in the vicinity of a take-up drive part of the printer, and thus the fitting to the printer neither takes much time nor causes trouble.
