Abstract:
To provide particles which has high structural stability, reduces the variability in particle diameter, for example, can stably include a hydrophobic active substance within in a state maintaining the activity of the hydrophobic active substance, and can sustainedly release the hydrophobic active substance, a method for manufacturing the same, and a gel.
The particles include a core comprising a hydrophobic polymer and a shell comprising an amphipathic block copolymer containing a hydrophilic polymer block and a hydrophobic polymer block and the hydrophilic polymer block is present at least on the surface.
