Abstract:
To provide a display device having a high performance passivation film, using a low dielectric constant film that excels in moisture resistance and reliability.
The present invention relates to the passivation film for the display device containing polymer, having a borazine frame or the passivation film for the display device formed by compound and/or polymer having the borazine frame. The use of such a passivation film enables attaining thin films, turning into light weight, and cost reduction in manufacturing the display device.
