Abstract:
To provide a payment support system, a payment support method and a payment support program which support a transaction by accurately and efficiently managing a business form used for payment.SOLUTION: A support server 20 comprises: a transaction information storage part 23 which stores information about a transaction that uses a business form; and a control part 21 which is connected to a user terminal 10. The control part 21 acquires a business form image of a transaction business form used for payment, acquires business form description information including a business form type and transaction content of the transaction business form with character recognition of the business form image, specifies a relevant business form related to the transaction business form on the basis of the business form description information from the transaction information storage part 23, determines the possibility/impossibility of payment using the transaction business form on the basis of comparison between the business form description information of the transaction business form and the business form description information of the relevant business form, and stores a transaction result using the transaction business form in the transaction information storage part 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
