To provide a toilet seat cover capable of suppressing deviation of a seated position.SOLUTION: A toilet seat cover 50 has a cover body 60. The cover body 60 has a cover rear part 60F. The cover rear part 60F is attached to the rear 31D (rear of a toilet seat) of a seat part 31. In the attached state to the toilet seat 30, the inner end 60G in the width direction of the cover rear part 60F is placed either on a position equivalent to the inner end of the rear 31D of the seat part 31 or on a position on the furthermore outside than the inner end of the rear 31D of the seat part 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
