A control unit detects existence of a predetermined relation about a pair of pedestrians who have a predetermined positional relation in both sides at the front of the traveling direction of the own vehicle, calculates risk levels C1, C2 of jumping out in front of the traveling direction of the own vehicle about each person of the pair of pedestrians based on existence of the detected predetermined relation, and specifies at least one of the pair of pedestrians as a dangerous pedestrian when at least one of the calculated risk levels C1, C2 has a value of a predetermined value or more.
