Abstract:
To provide a system for enhancing the penetration of transdermally or topically applied drugs and for reducing the skin irritation that is often accompanied with transdermal and topical drug delivery.
The penetration enhancing system increases transdermal and topical drug delivery, reduces skin irritation and thereby achieves high level drug delivery without causing unacceptable harmful skin reaction.
