A perforated film for shrink-package is manufactured so that a plurality of holes for air vent of ≤0.2mm in diameter are provided, and the ratio of the total area of the holes to the surface area of a film to be packaged is ≥1/10000 and ≤1/200. When the diameter of the holes is larger than 0.2mm, the effect to prevent dust and insects becomes small. When the ratio of the total area of the holes of ≤0.2mm in diameter to the surface area of the film is ≤1/10000, the air vent becomes insufficient. When the ratio of the total area of the holes to the surface area of the film is ≥1/200, the air vent becomes too fast, the non-uniform shrink condition is easy to generate, and the packaging finish becomes defective, such as bubbles.
