Title:
PERMANENT MAGNET BURIED TYPE OF ROTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH10322948
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To prevent the loss of a magnetic flux and energy loss by keeping smooth the flow of the magnetic flux.

This is a permanent magnet buried type of rotor where a permanent magnet is buried in a rotor, and this possesses a plurality of permanent magnet burying parts 63-66 where grooves are made in the mutually symmetrical positions with a certain length each in the vertical direction to the radial direction of a rotor iron core 61, and a plurality of second permanent magnet burying parts 67-74 where grooves are made, so that they have specified angles of 90° or over to the first permanent magnet-burying parts 63-66 in the peripheral direction of the rotor 30 from both ends of the plural first permanent magnet- burying parts 63-66, and that the mutual interval between the sections extending in the peripheral direction of that rotor 30 comes closer than the interval between the ends of the first permanent magnet-burying parts. This rotor is made in a constitution such that the rotor iron cores 61, where the first permanent magnet burying parts 63-66 and the second permanent magnet burying parts are made are stacked, and that the first permanent magnets are buried in the first permanent magnet-burying parts 63-66, and the second permanent magnets are buried in the second permanent magnet-burying parts 67-74.
