Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent magnet embedded rotor capable of solving problems that, when a permanent magnet is fixed to a rotor using an adhesive agent, a considerable time is required for heating and cooling the adhesive resulting in an increase of the cost, and when the permanent magnet is fixed by means of welding, the reliability of magnetic characteristic and surface treatment decreases.SOLUTION: The permanent magnet embedded rotor includes: a rotor core which is formed of laminated thin plates; a rotary shaft mounted at the center of the rotor core; a permanent magnet which is embedded at the outer peripheral side of the rotor core; and a permanent magnet holding member. The permanent magnet holding member is fixed to the rotor core in a state the permanent magnet is pressed toward the outer peripheral side.
