Title:
PERMANENT MAGNET MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3871006
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the reluctance torque of a permanent magnet motor while maintaining its magnet torque, and furthermore keep the strength of its rotor core.
SOLUTION: One permanent magnet 11 with a fan-shaped cross section is used for one pole of the rotor core 10 of inner-rotor type permanent magnet motor. The inner arc of the fan-shaped cross section of the permanent magnet 11 is made straight. The inner side of the fan-shape faces a center hole 4, and the outer side of the fan-shape is direct toward the outer circumference of the rotor core 10. A number of permanent magnets 11 as many as the number of poles are buried along the outer circumference of the rotor core 10 at equal intervals. The polarities of the adjacent permanent magnets 11 are set different. The interval (linking part (a)) between the permanent magnets 11 which make differing polarities is made wider, the farther it is in the outer circumference of the rotor core 10. A rivet 12 is inserted into the interval (linking part (a)) between the adjacent permanent magnets 11 with different polarities, and a caulking part 13 is formed in the interval.
