Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely realize positioning and mounting of magnetic poles to obtain stable characteristics by comprising, within a rotor, a base plate that is composed of a magnetic material integrated with a rotor shaft to fix a rotor yoke, having a magnetic pole fixing groove at the external circumference and a permanent magnet to mount a magnetic fixing groove. SOLUTION: A rotor 21 is allocated in the axial direction, in the external circumference surface of a rotor yoke 22 integrated with a rotor shaft with the end part of a back plate 25 for fixing a permanent magnet 24 engaged with an engaging part 23a of the engaging groove 23 of the magnetic pole fixing groove 23, provided depending on the number of magnetic poles and with the lower surface of the back plate 25 pressed tightly against a bottom surface 23b of the magnetic pole fixing groove 23. A magnetic pole block, consisting of a magnetic material divided before magnetization, is mounted on the upper surface as the external diameter side of the rotor 21 of the back plate 25, which consists of the magnetic material coated with a thermosetting bonding agent. Thereby, the permanent magnet of an medium sized and large sized dynamo-electric machine can be positioned accurately, and the required stable characteristic can also be obtained.
