To provide a person check sheet for burglarproof enabling even a child to easily record thereupon by marking a sign on a check column representing a check method by a drawing and short words, instead of a conventional questionnaire regarding a suspicious person or the like normally expressed in a sentence in question and answer.

The person check sheet 1 is provided with a plurality of check item feature columns 9 provided in a person's feature column 3 representing the features of the person's body, an accessory feature column 4 representing the features such as a hat, glasses or the like that the person puts on, and a reference information feature column 14 representing the time when and the location where meeting the person. A check column 12 is provided in the check item feature columns 9 which represent the features of the check positions by the drawing 10 and the words 11 in the check sheet 1.
