To improve visuality by a method wherein a first black layer, a metal layer, and a second black layer of the same mesh-like configuration are in sequence agreed with each other and laminated on a transparent base material directly or via a transparent adhesive layer, and as occasion demands, part of the second color layer is removed.

A melted or solution-like black resin is coated and dried on a transparent base material 1 by means such as a roll, a spray, or the like via a transparent adhesive 2, and a mesh-like first black resin layer 3 is adhered thereto. A metal foil layer 4 is formed on the first black resin layer 3, and a second black resin layer 5 of the same mesh-like configuration is formed on the metal layer 4 by use of a black pigment such as reduced metal particles composed of colloid particles in a reduced metal colloid scattered solution, metal oxide particles such as iron, copper, nickel, or the like, carbon particles, or the like. Thus, visuality is improved, and performance of a metal layer is not lowered even under high temperatures and high humidities.
