The phased array antenna includes four or more straight line conductor pieces or U shaped liner conductor pieces or rectangular conductor pieces located on a dielectric board, one conductor group is configured by arranging two or more of the conductor pieces in a virtual spherical body whose radius is a 1 wavelength with respect to an operating frequency, a plurality of the conductor groups are configured, in any conductor piece group of the plurality of conductor piece groups 201 to 203, each of one or more conductor pieces is provided with a variable reactive element, and each of one or more conductor pieces configuring the conductor piece groups is provided with a signal transmission means 1 whose characteristic impedance is 80 ohms or more, and the signal transmission means 1 is connected to the other conductor chip group or a signal generating means 10 or a power termination means 5.
