Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form a phosphor screen having a heavy film thickness on the surface of a cell barrier easily/accurately in a short time.
CONSTITUTION: A cross linking agent 4a is applied to a cell barrier 3 beforehand in desired concentration, and phosphor paste 5, which contains resin to be cross- linked by mans of this agent as a component, is filled in a prescribed cell, and after the resin in the vicinity of the cell barrier 3 is cross-linked/hardened, a phosphor screen 5a having a desired thickness is formed on the surface of the cell barrier 3 through a developing process.
