Abstract:

PURPOSE: A photochemically reactive formed material that is composed of a high- plymer compound bearing amino groups on the side chains, colloidal carbon, diazonium salts and other, thus forming mages with high optical density, being capable of being handled under yellow light and readily treated in disposal.

CONSTITUTION: Said photochemically reactive formed material is prepared by forming coating layers on the sheet bases, the layers consist of (A) a high-polymer compound bearing functional groups of the formula (R is H, 1W14C organic radicali; R' is 1W14C organic radical) on the side chains, (B) diazonium salts as the photosensitive substances and (C) colloidal carbon with average coagulation particle size of less than 1 micron. For example, said composition comprises 100 parts by wt of (A) a polymer containing the functional group of the formula by over 1/10000 preferably 1/100W1/1000, calculated as N atom, such as alkyl acrylate derivative (B) 0.2W20 parts of napthaline compound having quinone azide group and (C) 3W60 parts of gas black with primary particle sizes of less than 0.1 micron.
