Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion module which can be easily manufactured, and in which a power generation output can be improved.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion module comprises: a first electrode layer 12; a photoelectric conversion layer 13 arranged on the first electrode layer; a second region 15b that is a buffer layer 15 arranged on the photoelectric conversion layer, and is formed by a second component; the buffer layer 15 that includes a first region 15a formed by a first component to which a dopant of a first conductivity is added to the second component; photo-electric conversion unit cells 10a and 10b including a second electrode layer 16 arranged on the buffer layer; and a conductive layer that is a conductive layer 20 electrically connecting the first electrode layer 12 of the photo-electric conversion unit cell 10a and the second electrode layer 16 of the photo-electric conversion unit cell 10b, and includes the first and second components. The conductive layer 20 and the buffer layer 15 of the photo-electric conversion unit cell 10b are connected. The first region 15a of the conductive layer 20 is partially contacted with at least the first electrode layer 12 of the photo-electric conversion unit cell 10a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
