To secure the high image quality of a printed image while improving the throughput of a photographic processing device A.
The photographic processing device is equipped with: a scanning exposure part 7 scanning and exposing the emulsion surface of photographic paper P at a predetermined exposure position; a developing processing part A2 performing developing processing to the photographic paper P after exposure; and a post-exposure conveying part 20 conveying the photographic paper P between the scanning exposure part 7 and the developing processing part A2. The developing processing part A2 is constituted to start developing processing to an already exposed part on the photographic paper P while the scanning exposure part 7 performs exposure to the photographic paper P. The post-exposure conveying part 20 has a vibration-proof means 12 arranged at a predetermined position between the exposure position by the scanning exposure part 7 and the liquid level of a processing solution tank 81 in the developing processing part A2 and preventing vibration transferred on the photographic paper P from the developing processing part side toward the scanning exposure part side from being transmitted.
