Abstract:
To provide an alkali-developable photopolymerizable resin good in contrast after the exposure, excellent in preservation stability, and having a high sensitivity and high resolution, and further to provide a laminate thereof.
This photopolymerizable resin composition comprising (i) a thermoplastic polymer, (ii) a monomer having two or more ethylenically unsaturated group, (iii) a photopolymerization initiator of formula (I), (iv) 1- hydroxybenzotriazole, (v) carboxybenzotriazole or a compound of formula (II) and (vi) a leuco dye is produced.
