Abstract:
To provide a photoreceptor for electrophotographic with high-pressure resistance having a photosensitive layer containing an electronic transport material capable of suppressing the occurrence of the leaking phenomenon, manufacturing method thereof, and electro-photographic device using the same.SOLUTION: The photoreceptor for electrophotographic is a photoreceptor that is mounted on an electro-photographic device including a contact transfer process. The photoreceptor for electrophotographic includes; an electric conductive support member 1 that contains aluminum alloy; an anodic oxidation coating that is formed over the surface of the electric conductive support member 1; and an electric charge generating layer 4 and an electric charge transport layer 5 that are sequentially laminated on anodic oxidation coating. The electric charge transport layer 5 contains an electronic transport material the electron mobility of which is 10-7 cm2/V/sec or more when the electric field strength is 20 V/μm, and the admittance value of the surface of the electric conductive support member 1 having anodic oxidation coating is 25 μS or more and 60 μS or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
