A copolymer of n-butyl methacrylate, a 5-7C methacrylate and methacrylic acid is prepared as a base and the glass transition temperature of the copolymer is adjusted by varying the blending ratio among the three monomers or adding a 4-9C acrylate monomer so as to obtain the objective photosensitive electrically conductive paste.
