The processing solvent manufactured by the solvent manufacturing device 3 is supplied to respective photosensitive material processing devices through tubes in accordance with the processing amount of photosensitive material in respective photosensitive material processing devices, and as for the solvent manufacturing device 3, the packing material 22 for storing the solid processing agent for the photosensitive material is opened, and the stored solid processing agent is put into a melting part 11 so as to melt the solid processing agent in the liquid in the melting part 11, and the device 3 is provided with a washing means for washing the melting part 11.
