Abstract:

To provide a photosensitive planographic printing plate having superior printing durability, while avoiding problems such as banding and contamination in an optical system by being exposed and scanned by an infrared laser.

In the photosensitive planographic printing plate to be formed by applying a photopolymerizable composition employing a polymer binder having addition polymerizable unsaturated groups on the side chain on the aluminum supporting body which has been processed with the desmutting treatment after a surface roughening treatment and before the anodizing treatment, and to be exposed and scanned by the infrared laser, the smutting quantity on the supporting body is 0.2-6.0 mg/dm2.
