Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-layer electrode structure having different contrasts in which development durability is increased and variations in a contracted line width after baking can be suppressed without inducing a non-uniform state of an undercut width, and a plasma display panel including the electrode structure.SOLUTION: A photosensitive resin composition of the present invention is to be used for a two-layer electrode structure having different contrasts. The photosensitive resin composition comprises (A) a carboxyl group-containing resin having a glass transition point (Tg) of 50°C or lower, (B) an oxime ester-based photopolymerization initiator, and (C) inorganic powder.
