PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit for installing a photovoltaic power generation panel on the water, which is excellent in strength and corrosion resistance and which enables inexpensive installation.SOLUTION: A unit 1 for installing a photovoltaic power generation panel on water, which is used for installation of the photovoltaic power generation panel P on the water, includes a panel attachment fitting 40 which comprises a pair of sandwich members for sandwiching a steel pipe 10X by comprising a semicircular swelling part 41 formed in a central part and planar parts 42 with connection holes, formed at both ends. In the panel attachment fitting 40, a flange-like attachment part 43 with a connection hole, to which the panel P making an angle with an end of the planar part is attached, is formed at the end of the planar part 42 of at least one of the sandwich members.
