Title:
PHTOGRAPHIC MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH01136145
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To cast photosensitive layers right after application and drying of a base material layer by including at least one compds. obtd. by reaction with propylene oxide of trihydric to hexahydric alcohol into auxiliary layers. CONSTITUTION: This photographic material contains at least one auxiliary layers and photosensitive layers. The auxiliary layers contain the compds. obtd. by reaction with the propylene oxide of the trihydric to hexahydric alcohol. The compds. preferably have an OH content of 7 to 15wt.%, more particularly 9.5 to 12.5wt.% by the weight of OH groups based on the total weight of the molecules. While this content depends on the mol.wt. of the trihydric to hexahydric alcohol, the content corresponds to the reaction with 4 to 10mol propylene oxide and the OHs are randomly distributed over the entire molecule. As a result, the application of another layer is made possible right after the application and drying of the auxiliary layers.
