CONSTITUTION: A picture information constructing part 3 in a host 10 constructs picture information of a processing concerned with the picture control, and issues result request information for requesting the result information of the processing concerned with the picture control. A picture information control part 6 in a terminal 20 operates the picture control based on the picture information. A picture information control part 5 in the terminal 20 converts the picture information constructed by the picture information constructing part 3 into a form suited to the terminal 20, transfers it to the picture control part 6, stores the result information of the processing concerned with the picture control operated by the picture control part 6 in a result information storing part 7, and takes out the necessary result information from the result information storing part 7 based on the result request information issued by the picture information constructing part 3.
